Bio

Nick is the head professional at Henbury Golf Club which is host to the only other official Harold Swash Putting School in the UK.

Nick joined Henbury in 1990 and is the director of golf instruction. In August 2005, after extensive training at HSPSE Southport Nick opened the Satellite Putting School at his existing West of England Golf Academy.

The Golf Academy operates as an independent service to members and visitors a like. Nick has a great love of the short game and is building a reputation for himself. He has worked with golfers of all abilities ranging from club amateurs to tour professionals.

In January 2007, Nick took great delight in becoming an official Yes! Golf C-Groove Custom Fitting Centre. His reputation as a putting specialist and club-maker has drawn people to him throughout the country. Nick considers himself lucky to have worked and studied with some the worlds leading coaches, Harold Swash and Butch Harmon to name but a few. Keeping the WEGA at the forefront of coaching techniques and technology.

1984 Top Five Finish in the British under 25 Championship - Sunningdale

Personal Message

I still have a great love of the wonderful game and still try and play in the odd event but most of my focus now goes into my academy and coaching these days. It’s great to work alongside Harold and the team and be at the forefront of putting instruction.
